Minimum 5 years hands on experience in NetSuite About the role: The team is looking to bring on an experienced ERP Project Manager as they build out their Enterprise Project Management Organization. This PM will oversee the migration of their ERP from IQMS to NetSuite from beginning to end by partnering with high level business leaders and ensuring deadlines are being met. This team has plans for the initial migration to wrap up at the beginning of Q1 2024, so looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has experience driving projects with tight deadlines. This is a big opportunity for someone to come in and play a key part in delivering solutions to make a long-term impact in the organization. REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of Project Management experience involving ERP Migrations into NetSuite in an Enterprise environment Extensive experience supporting product, inventory, and logistics modules within NetSuite Experience using ServiceNow for project tracking and SmartSheets for documentation Excellent communication and presentation skills w/ ability to engage teams across all levels of organization, including Sr. Leadership PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience Migrating from IQMS to NetSuite Experience with JDE implementations PMP, PSM, or Scrum Master certification RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the complete ERP migration from IQMS to NetSuite Collaborate with key stakeholders, coordinate processes and platforms, and ensure timely and successful project delivery Manage projects from start to finish, including scope, timeline, and project execution Participate actively in task and meetings, taking detailed notes to ensure efficient follow up and execution Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication on project status and changes Keywords: |
