Job Title: Reporting/Analytics PowerBI Developer J ob Location: Southfield, MI (Face to Face Round Interview) Duration: 12 + Months Interview Type: Video/ Phone Position Type: Contract Position Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 3 - 7 years of proven experience in building dashboards in a data visualization tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud. Good experience of Data Modelling in Power BI and/or SQL, Analysis Service Solid understanding of data modelling concepts and relational databases. Knowledge of SQL queries and database concepts for data extraction and manipulation. Create data models and develop data queries using Power Query (M) and DAX language to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Experience working with cross-application reports and dashboards - SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, APIs. Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes is a plus. Knowledge of data transformation, cleansing, and data preparation techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Expert in using advanced-level calculations on the data set. Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques for data analysis Should be able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards. Capable of implementing row-level security, paginated reports on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI. Passionate about designing, easy to read, eye-friendly and understandable reports. Experience with in Power Platform. Must be adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, fast paced environment that requires managing multiple projects and balancing multiple priorities. Experience working in global solution delivery environment.
