Job Title: D365 F&O Finance Consultant Location: Remote Job Description: As a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant focused on the Finance and Accounting modules, your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of the project life cycle, from analysis and design to modelling, testing, training, deployment, and providing pre and post-go-live support. We seek a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment and is adept at meeting deadlines. Essential Functions: Analysing and understanding client requirements: The Functional Consultant should be able to gather and analyze business requirements to identify the client's needs and challenges. Developing solution designs: Based on the business requirements, you should develop a solution design that outlines the features, functionality, and integration points of the proposed solution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure that the proposed solution meets the client's expectations. Ensuring quality assurance: The Finance Consultant should thoroughly test the configured solution to meet quality standards and best practices. Providing post-go-live support: Support the client post-go-live, including bug fixes, maintenance, and updates to the solution. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business or technical field. At least two successful implementations of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 F&O). 5+ years of experience in core finance and accounting modules Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, General ledger, Fixed assets, Cash & bank management, Budgeting, Expense management and Financial reporting. Preferred to have a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) training or certification. Conduct FIT/GAP process and ability to write complete functional design specifications. Strong communication, organizational, and client interaction skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with a larger team throughout an enterprise transformation.
