| Hi, Please find job description below; No H1B Need LinkedIn URL of the candidate Job Title:: Senior Data Analyst Location:: Dallas, TX (Day 1 On-site- Hybrid Module- The Client will only consider local candidates to Dallas, TX- 1616 Woodall Rodgers Freeway, Dallas (downtown)- hybrid work only requiring 3-5 days/month on-site when team is meeting (once/week at most)) Duration:: Long term Contract ( 6 Months to start but extend indefinitely typically) MOI:: An Internal Video Technical Screening With My Vendors AM For 10-15 Minutes then Video Interview Job Description: REQUIREMENTS: 4+ years of SQL experience working in OLTP, Data Warehouse and Big Data databases. 5+ years in a Data Analyst role. Experience in an Oracle database-heavy environment. Strong SQL skills; 2+ years writing medium to complex SQL stored procedures a plus (PL/SQL preferred since they use more Oracle databases than MS SQL). Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team. Extensive background in writing complex queries. Extensive working knowledge of all aspects of Data Movement and Processing, including ETL, API, OLTP, OLAP and best practices for data tracking. Good communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Source-to-target mapping experience (for assisting ETL team). They will be getting into MDM and Data Governance eventually, so any experience in that area would be ideal. WORK : They're constantly getting requests from the business groups for various data projects and issues with existing reporting/data accuracy, so this person will be performing heavy data analysis to ensure data accuracy and quality. Will be part of helping better automate data processes and come up with ideas to improve here. Heavy Oracle environment with some SQL Server (80/20), so strong PL/SQL skills needed; writing a lot of complex queries, joins, unions, and ideally able to write stored procedures to help automate some data processes. Will be checking execution plans on projects. Source-to-target mapping for ETL team. Little/no reporting in this role--they have a Cognos and Tableau team that handles reporting/visualizations. No data modeling required. They will be getting into MDM and Data Governance eventually, so any experience in that area would be ideal.
