Title: Oracle HCM Cloud T&L Consultant resource for OTL Implementation Location: Remote Here is a high level JD for this role - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and Time & Labor-related requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather necessary information for solution design. Design and recommend appropriate solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor module. Configure the system to meet the defined business processes. Ensure that the implementation follows industry best practices and aligns with the project timeline. Conduct thorough testing of the configured Time & Labor module to identify and resolve any issues or gaps in the system. Collaborate with end-users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and make necessary adjustments based on their feedback. Prepare comprehensive documentation including user guides, process flows, and configuration documents. and resolve functional issues related to Time & Labor processes. Stay updated with Oracle's product releases, patches, and new features, ensuring the system is up-to-date and optimized. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Time & Labor module with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules or third-party systems.
