From: SAPNA, ITECS [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: UX Designer Location: 100% remote SHIFT: 8 AM - 5 PM M-F ** CANDIDATE CAN SIT ANYWHERE IN THE U.S., DOES NOT HAVE TO BE IN CST. * * MANAGER IS REQUIRING A BACHELOR'S DEGREE * * SKILLS : Analyze research findings to deliver use cases, user journeys, user flow diagrams, navigation structures, and information architecture that describes the desired user experience. Design interfaces for a variety of digital environments, especially web sites and browser-based applications, using storyboards, wireframes, interface modules, prototypes, and design specifications. Collaborate with a cross functional group of business stakeholders to solicit input on designs and create alignment around a shared vision for user experiences across digital touchpoints. Collaborate across development teams, including front-end developers, web developers, and full-stack agile scrum teams. Conduct usability tests (including moderated usability tests) to iteratively drive user-centered improvements into our user experiences. - Incorporate data-driven improvements into experience design based on user research and performance metrics. Ensure designs align with project, business, enterprise, and industry standards. Ensure designs align with WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standard. Assist the client experience team with market research (e.g., literature reviews and synthesizing findings) to better understand the needs of our clients * * CANDIDATES WILL NEED TO ATTEND QUARTLEY MEETINGS IN ROCHESTER/MN ** This person will be doing a split of ~75/25 UX Design & CX Market Research. Projects will include all the duties listed related to UX Design (all that techy language).
