From: Sri, VDart Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Java Application Support Preferred Location: Mountain Time / Arizona Times Work Time: PST Time (a few days of extended evening PST hours to work with the India team, production migration) Candidate Rate: $50 to $55/hr c2c Here are JD for your reference: Must have technical skills and tools knowledge: OpenShift, Container, API, Micro Service, Kafka, Oracle, Postgress, ServiceNow and Monitoring Tools like AppDynamics, Splunk Minimum of 5 years of experience in an information systems environment as an application support engineer or systems analysis or application support analyst Financial Domain knowledge with various module like Online Banking & Digital Channel, Core Banking, Payment Solution is a plus. Responsible to have a clear understanding of the various upstream / downstream dependencies, end to end business process & data flow of the applications supported. Perform root cause analysis by reviewing application logs, reviewing data and identify and implement corrective and preventive measures. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Excellent SQL skills in writing complex queries to extract data from the database as per user requirement. Work closely with Product owner, Application Development, operational and support groups and create increased synergies. Work with a team of Application support team working on 24/7 shift rotation environment. Responsible for updating require documentation & wiki, maintain integrity of all information and update tickets /Jira with appropriate details. Participate in validating the application changes, upgrade, and other infrastructure changes to production environment. Work on initiatives focused on continuous improvement of the application support model and associated processes using appropriate technologies.
