From: Garima, TEK Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] RPA Process Analyst Duration: 8 Months with a high possibility for extension Location: Onsite Rockville, MD (Can relocate) MOI: Skype US Citizen/GC Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, computer science, or other relevant discipline. 5 years of experience designing and delivering various RPA platforms and implementations. 2 years of experience as technical lead or development project manager. 5 years of experience using Java, Python, .NET, or other industry standard development language with experience in enterprise software development methodologies Must possess one of the following: UIPath Certified Professional, Power Automate RPA Developer Associate, and/or SS&C Blue Prism Developer accreditations. Must be US Citizen or US Permanent Resident Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance Must have hands-on knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) platforms Preferred Skills Knowledge of relational database structures Create or update documentation including requirements, architecture diagrams, design documents and operational documentation in support of development efforts. Estimate development efforts and provide guidance on development timelines. Contribute to the development of governance, methodologies, and procedures to continually improve a rapid and repeatable delivery channel of RPA solutions. Conduct code reviews with peers to ensure each increment adheres to original version as designed in the user story (or Process Definition Document) and adheres to highest quality standards. Duties: The RPA (Process Analyst) will be a key resource who provides subject matter expertise on complex robotics process automation. Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge over design, build, test, and implementation of 'bots' utilizing industry standard tools, such as UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Appian, etc. Directs and controls activities for a client, having responsibility for project budgets, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Includes responsibility for work estimation, planning, and project quality. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Participating in decision-making and providing domain knowledge that will impact overall project implementation. Lead the implementation of 'bots' on industry standard Robotic Process Automation platforms with client teams and RPA business analyst to analyze and design automation based upon business and technical requirements. Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Conduct and support white-boarding sessions, workshops, design sessions, and project meetings as needed, playing a key role in client relations. Leads development of project roadmaps and strategic direction for implementation of Robotic Process Automation tools and 'bots'.
