MUST have strong experience working with INTUNE. Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues for the following devices: iPhone, iPad, Honeywell, Smart EX, Sonim, Zebra, Blackline, Mobilus, and Trimble. Proficiency in using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, with preference given to experience with ServiceNow. Strong hardware troubleshooting skills for CW devices. Ability to conduct Hardware OS updates and refreshments for CW devices. Experience in hardware enrolment and provisioning for CW devices. Excellent communication skills and ability to train end-users on CW devices. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to iPhones, iPads, and various Windows devices, including but not limited to Honeywell, Smart EX, Sonim, Zebra, Blackline, Mobilus, and Trimble. Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, ServiceNow preferred, for efficient ticket management and issue resolution. Conduct hardware troubleshooting for any of the listed CW (Company's Work) devices. Assist end-users in performing Hardware OS updates and refreshes for CW devices.
