Job Title: Storage Admin L3 Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite) Duration: 6-12+ months Interview: Phone and Skype 10+ Years Required Job Summary: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator at Level 3 to lead our advanced system administration efforts. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Windows based infrastructure, should possess excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the organization's storage infrastructure, including storage arrays, SANs, NAS systems, and cloud-based storage solutions. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security of the storage environment. Collaborate with other IT teams to understand and address storage requirements for various applications, databases, and systems. Design and implement storage solutions to accommodate data growth & optimize storage utilization. Troubleshoot & resolve storage-related issues, working with vendors & technical support as needed. Implement and enforce data storage policies, including backup, retention, and disaster recovery strategies. Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to proactively address storage bottlenecks and scalability concerns. Monitor storage trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to the storage infrastructure. Document storage configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and reference. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response.
