Develop an online form to submit an online grant application and upload supporting documentation. 3. Develop a contact profile for applicants to track the number of pets per household. 4. Develop role-based access to the site to allow different functionality based on user role. 5. Develop export functionality for back-office staff. 6. Develop functionality for password reset. 7.
