Title- Strategic Communications and Program Management Consultant Duration- 6 months+ Location- Remote Visa- usc/gc Client -Leidos SSA Experience Level: >10 years+ required. Job Description Role Description: Provide strategic support to continue the momentum of implementing DMS and Product concepts enterprise-wide Develop and execute an enterprise-wide communications strategy to socialize concepts Create graphics, slide decks and templates for discovery sessions such as roadmaps, business flow, pain point documents, as-is business process, Journey Maps, Capability Backlog, etc. Promote change management of key digital modernization transformation efforts across the enterprise through delivery of communications, trainings, and executive engagement. Skills and Requirements: Minimum bachelor's degree Minimum 6 years' experience supporting strategic communications and change management at a large corporation/government agency. Knowledge of enterprise strategic management. Intermediate experience with MS 365 tools. Basic understanding of large technical product/program/project lifecycles. Effective communication skills to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals. Knowledge capture and documentation for Discovery for new and/or existing products and/or investments. Provide support for the creation of graphics, slide decks, and additional materials in service of achieving and communicating discovery outcomes/outputs. Create graphics, slide decks and templates for discovery sessions such as roadmaps, business flow, pain point documents, as-is business process, Journey Maps, Capability Backlog, MoSCoW Templates, etc. Expertise in writing, listening, note taking along with effective communication skills.
