Required:

5+ years performing application sustain / support, migration activities including change management, incident management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

 Experience automating manual processes.

Experience writing and running SQL queries using an RDBMS such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, IBM DB2, etc.

Experience reading or coding in SAS.

3+ years using Agile methodologies

3+ years creating or modifying performance monitoring configurations using software such as AppDynamics or DynaTrace.
