Please send me your candidates updated Resume to [email protected] JOB TITLE : .Net Developer With Network Location : Brooklyn New York, NY-ONSITE Passport Number Mandatory PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project deals with Strategic Modernization of OCSS Web, Conversion of Mainframe processes into OCSS Web, Case Management System for CLU, Case Management for Enforcement, Monthly IREA Reverse File, Weekly ACS Data Exchange. These projects entail development of specifications for processes for fetching data from Court Messages and development of custom applications using the fetched data. Tasks & Duties Develop System Design. Manage project execution from start through completion. Develop and prepare documents for the general design of solutions that meet system and security requirements, including the selection of alternative approaches. Manage project resource allocation. Develop specifications for databases, communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage, and software configurations. Plan and schedule project timelines. Develop structured diagrams for the specifications of databases, communication systems, computer, or DSS-ITS-C-20230810-1 36 storage area networks, security, or network programs. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools. Develop, compiles, maintains, and documents configurations of the following: databases, servers, computers, security and network monitor systems, packaged programs, macros, utilities, and communication systems. Provide direction and support to project team. Develop system documentation. Develop comprehensive project management plans. Develop operational and installation procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage, and software. Lead the planning and implementation of the project. Develop guidelines and upgrade techniques of new operational procedures for the support of databases, hardware systems, operating systems software, network systems software, security, and client server systems. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed systems operations designs. Define project tasks and resource requirements. Perform coordination and Management and provide management reporting and information dissemination Provide general programming assistance to other programmers/projects as may be needed. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Design reports that track the project progress as well as create audit trails/logs, security mechanisms to provide status to all stakeholders. Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions. Aid technical support staff when they are unable to resolve a program, database, or IT issue by themselves. Publish project meeting agendas and minutes from discussions. Perform System Coding and provide project quality assurance. Create the program code in .NET environment. Develop quality assurance metrics to measure output. Provide general programming assistance to other programmers/projects as may be needed. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Test and maintain the program code to make sure it meets all the functional requirements. Required Skills Minimum 4 Years Experience with data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation; developing the business cases and drafting the project proposal. Minimum 4 Years Experience with technical and user documentation, software conversion and translation of the projects stated goals into a coherent and consistent set of business rules Minimum 4 Years Exposure to environments include but are not limited to Mainframe, Midrange, personal computers, laptops, Project Management, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation (ITIL) process and PMP Certification Minimum 4 Years Lead in the design of program specifications and the implementation of software solutions. Experience in overseeing projects, comprising a small number of deliverables and/or a small number of phases. Minimum 4 Years Experience with DOT NET/Oracle Development.
