Please send me your candidates updated Resume to [email protected] PROJECT NAME: Access HRA Releases HRA JOB TITLE: IBM MESSAGE BROKER / MQ Location : Brooklyn New York, NY-ONSITE Passport Number Mandatory PROJECT DESCRIPTION: ACCESS HRA (AHRA) is DSSs public facing portal that has become the primary front door for the three million plus New Yorkers in need of supportive services and benefits from DSS. New Yorkers and organizations that work with DSS clients increasingly use the portal and mobile app to interact with DSS to submit a variety of food, cash, and Medicaid benefit applications and re [1]certifications and to obtain case information and notifications. Tasks & Duties Develop System Design Specifications Develop and prepare documents for the general design of solutions that meet system and security requirements, including the selection of alternative approaches. Develop specifications for databases, communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage, and software configurations. Develop structured diagrams for the specifications of databases, communication systems, computer or storage area networks, security, or network programs. Develop, compile, maintain and document configurations of the following: databases, servers, computers, security and network monitor systems, packaged programs, macros, utilities, and communication systems. Provide support to the existing integrations and any system maintenance(s) to meet cyber mandatory patches and downstream system/database. Monitor the server health and activity to make sure the portal/app is accessible. Develop system documentation Develop operational and installation procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage, and software. Develop guidelines and upgrade techniques of new operational procedures for the support of databases, hardware systems, operating systems software, network systems software, security, and client server systems. Develop detailed systems operations designs and architecture diagrams. Prepare the details for all new integrations and the corresponding data transmissions between the ecosystems. Perform System Design/Coding Create, test, and maintain the program code. Build new integrations to exchange data between eco systems. Enhance the existing integrations to meet new business requirements which are in scope for future DSS-ITS-C-20230810-1 40 projects. Provide general programming assistance to other MIS programmers/projects as may be needed. Test and maintain the program code to make sure it meets all the functional requirements. Perform Testing/Evaluation Tests programs and systems and integrates system modules. Provide support for IBM Message Broker - message flows, Queues and Web Services. Develop guaranteed delivery message flows which cannot afford to lose the client data after submission. Develops, implements, and monitors information technology quality assurance standards. Required Skills Minimum 4 Years Experience with writing application software (IIB/MQ, and Data power), data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation.
