JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE: Technical writer LOCATION: Edina, Minnesota-ONSITE(NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE ONLY) WORK VISA: NO H1B,CPT Client- homeservices of america Duration: 12+ months They will be conducting interviews to write SOPs, detail policies, work instructions and process flows. Need 5+ years experience in technical writing, conducting interviews of business partners to create process flows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) etc.... Initially supporting Finance on these items, and then eventually other teams like HR, Legal, etc. Experience with the above items along with tools like Word, PPT and Visio.
