Visa: NO OPT, CPT, H1B Must be local to Parsippany, NJ HYBRID JOB - will work 3 days remotely and 2 days on site. Experience working with large Projects/Programs Business Analyst Certification or PMP required JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Works with little or no supervision on projects of moderate to high complexity and independently on projects of low to moderate complexity. Serves as liaison between Business Development, Development and Quality Assurance teams. Serves as the primary technical contact Contributes to the identification of solutions, elicitation and development of business and functional requirements in a date driven business and application development environment. Required Skills At least 2-4 years of prior experience working as a Senior Business Analyst role in a large Project/Program with capability to run smaller projects/programs within those independently, working with a team of BAs and guiding them. Business Analyst Certification or PMP required Highly experienced in Requirements elicitation and documentation analysis Hands-on experience with Software Development tools Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other documentation tools. Knowledge of Billing and experience with Azure Dev OPS/ADO-TFS, Visio, eliciting requirements and facilitating meetings. Knowledge of [Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Excel) Experience with Agile Business Analysis Understanding of SAFe methodology Experience with user story/use case creation Ability to facilitate requirements through prototyping, wireframes. Knowledge of Requirements Analysis, Requirements Elicitation and Requirements Management Project or Program management expertise Performs business analysis with minimal guidance and creates requirement deliverables for complex projects. Elicits and analyses complex business problems and needs. Stays current on industry best practices, trends, tools, and techniques. Builds solid relationships with all project stakeholder.
