Job role - : ServiceNow Virtual Agent Analyst Location - Remote Exp - 10+ Years JD- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for virtual agent implementations across various business units. Analyze existing business processes and user interactions to identify opportunities for automation and improved user experiences through virtual agents. Translate business requirements into virtual agent conversational flows, intents, and decision trees using ServiceNow's Virtual Agent Designer. Work closely with technical teams to ensure the accurate configuration and integration of virtual agent conversations within the ServiceNow platform. Leverage your understanding of natural language processing (NLP) to design intuitive and user-friendly virtual agent responses that align with business objectives. Conduct testing and quality assurance of virtual agent interactions, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies in functionality or accuracy. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the virtual agent interface is visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with the organization's branding. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios, collecting feedback, and validating the virtual agent's performance against business requirements. Continuously monitor and analyze virtual agent performance, suggesting iterative improvements to enhance effectiveness and user satisfaction. Provide end-user training and support to ensure seamless adoption of virtual agent solutions across different business functions. Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in virtual agent technology and business process automation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to virtual agent or chatbot projects. Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and its Virtual Agent capabilities. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business processes into clear and actionable virtual agent conversation designs. Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and their application in designing effective virtual agent interactions. Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
