He/She troubleshoots project issues to maintain schedules utilizing established processes and procedures and makes recommendations for preventing recurrences. He/She oversees technical and business solutions with business stakeholders, identifies areas for process improvement and manages requirements gathering process. Mandatory Skills Bachelors degree or Foreign Equivalent required from or relevant progressive experience in managing teams that implement WMS (Manhattan)/SAP solutions 5+ years of hands on experience in implementing WMS/SAP projects including at least 2 full life cycle implementation project for large user base ( 5K+ users) Strong background including but not limited to Warehouse Management and its integrations with other software components, i.e, shipping systems, etc. Strong knowledge of implementing clients via EDI, and has XML background Ability to transition and communicate from business to technical level and vice versa. Strong verbal and written and communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of business Desired Skills Knowledge of integration with WMS Systems - SAP, TMS, Connectship, Manhattan, Softeon.
