Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Windows environments, adhering to security best practices. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in systems administration, cloud computing, and automation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in systems administration/engineering roles, with a strong emphasis on Windows environments and cloud technologies. Proficiency in managing Windows Server operating systems (2016+) and related services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings. Solid scripting skills using languages like PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar for task automation and configuration management. Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools, enabling collaboration between development and operations teams. Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
