Understand how to perform Advanced Moves, Adds ,Changes on CISCO CUCM, CUC and CUPS Server Techs must be able to go to customer sites to rack and stack equipment, connect to power and get equipment up and running at the customer site. Techs must understand Layer1 cabling and be able to trouble shoot Layer1 cabling issues.
