(2) Bachelor's or master's degree in business, or Process Engineering, or Information Technology or related field of study P r eferred (Plus) Qualification - (1) Training and/or Certification on UI/UX Tools (Adobe) and Concepts (like Design Thinking); (2) Exposure to modern- 1. Work with Business and other stakeholders and develop Business Process Map, Requirements, Capabilities, User Scenario, and Use Cases 2. Develop Non-Functional- Requirements (NFR) working closely with developers, security engineers, and other team members. 3. Develop Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done for Use Cases based on modern software development methodology. 4. Develop Test scenario, Test cases, Test scripts, Test report and other as appropriate for Use software development concepts (like CI/CD) and implementation experience (3) Experience in writing SQL script.- C ase validation and Scenario validation and signoff. P r eferred Tools - Jira or Azure DevOps Tool or Similar; Wireframe tool (Adobe, or other), Power Point- 5. Conduct and orchestrate working sessions to develop Business requirements, capabilities, P ersona Map, Business P r ocesses, and Business Rules, etc. 6. Work closely with Business and Users community to get their buy- in and sign off on Business Processes, Requirements, Capabilities, User Scenario, etc. 7. Work closely with Software Development team to answer questions on feature specifications, sprint planning, execution, and closure. 8. Create and maintain feature backlog and continue to develop detailed User Stories in advance of Sprint planning. 9. Develop supporting documents, presentations, and artifacts to support feature prioritization and value justification. 10. Develop User Acceptance Plan and execute with the help of project and business teams. 11. Develop Software rollout plan, User onboarding plan, and user Training plan and facilitate those with the help of project team. 12. Be a team player and collaborate with diverse teams and background personalities. 13. Communicate verbal and written effectively to convey technical concepts. 14. Timely update tasks, identifying dependencies, estimates efforts, and foresee technical and implementation issues, risks, challenges ahead of time and follow action plans as appropriate. 15.
