| CEIPAL ATS - Simplified Recruiting and Staffing Immediate need IBM RDM / MDM DataStage Consultant in Chicago, IL Job Title : IBM RDM / MDM DataStage Consultant Work Location : Chicago, IL 60601 Contract duration 6 Months Rate: $52/hr on C2C Job Details: Detailed Job Description IBM RDM/MDM along with DataStage, scripting, Teradata, SQL, Hive 10+ years of experience in IBM RDM/MDM along with DataStage. Define requirements for new reference data management features. Design, develop, and implement IBM RDM/MDM solutions that meet the needs of the business Lead and manage a team of technical engineers Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions Troubleshoot and resolve IBM RDM/MDM issues Maintain and update IBM RDM/MDM solutions Stay up-to-date on the latest IBM RDM/MDM technologies Oversee the development and testing of new reference data management features. Work with the business team to ensure that reference data management systems meet their needs. Maintain the reference data management systems. Provide technical support to users of the reference data management systems. Stay up-to-date on reference data management technologies. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience with cloud-based reference data management platforms. Experience with data warehousing and data mining. Experience with security and compliance requirements. Experience with performance tuning and optimization. Proven track record of success in leading and managing software development teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibility: As Lead developer provide resolve technical queries, develop queries, work with QA and other team for final implementation.
