Role: Control M - Admin Location: McLean, VA (Onsite) Duration: Contract What are the top 3 skills required for this role Control M Hands on experience Understanding of Autosys Previously handed migration projects. Required Skills: Control-M Batch Operations, Control-M Scheduler, CA- Job trac Schedule operation. Nice to have skills: ServiceNow Job Description / Responsibilities: Realtime working experience and hands-on in Control-M Extensive understanding on all Control-M architecture and components Solid working experience on migration from other schedulers such as AutoSys AutoSys knowledge and working experience is a big plus Production Support Engineer to work in Command Center / Operations Center:- Handling Service-Now ITSM tool ( Incident, Tasks, Changes and Knowledge Base Modules) Handling monitoring / Batch Ops tools like CA Spectrum, CA Autosys, Sitescope, Splunk knowledge on Windows/Unix OS and basic understanding of command line executions of Linux Working with Infra and application team to resolve incidents Support and coordinate with L2 and L3 teams for changes and deployments Understanding of knowledge base articles and execution of steps mentioned in the Knowledge base Support during Infrastructure related Changes & application deployment Participate, coordinate with Application team & other support groups in the conference bridge during severity 1,2 and 3 calls in production environment and provide update as required. Work with Application team for Root cause analysis for unknown production issue as required. Analyze the recurring issues and working with application team for problem management.
