Job Description:- Job Role:- DATA SCIENTIST Location :- GERMANTOWN, MD (Onsite) Contract Must have : AWS is required along with building real time streaming anomaly detection platforms. If so, lets get it on the resume. Must be able to understand how to design and build a deployable application that uses any ML model that they design and recommend. Basic Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related technical field (Masters in Data Science preferred) 10+ years of technical experience, preferable in computer networking and communications. 5+ years of experience performing data science. Must have strong DS design knowledge and has experience in some ML/Ops/DevOps Knowledge of data visualization tools and libraries in Python/R (Shiny preferably) Or Tableau Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and experience in leading analysis efforts for large operational networks . AI/ML technology to the problem so that a development team can then take that and build an application. Proficiency in programming for data analysis; ideally Python (or R) and SQL. Knowledge of Pandas is essential. Building machine learning models using Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or other open source libraries. Familiarity with software version control with git. Knowledge of Cloud technologies such as AWS or Google Knowledge of relational databases such as My SQL and Big Query.
