Design, configure and implement Manhattan Associates Labor Management (LM) 2. Design, configure and implement Manhattan Associates Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) 3. Design, configure and implement Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management (WM) Job Description: Lead design, configuration, implementation, and support of Manhattan Associates Labor Management (LM) Analyze and optimize components of the solution to take advantage of best practices Work with all appropriate parties to effectively estimate project timelines and deliverables Recognize and highlight incremental improvement opportunities Write functional, technical and mapping specifications for modification, interface, report, and label requirements Author and/or review system and procedural documentation throughout the project Troubleshoot and identify root cause for issues. Liaise between Business and Product Vendors (Kronos, etc.) for coordination of issue resolution. Test and deploy software deliveries from Manhattan Associates. Coordinate with offshore resources, conduct handshake meetings and assign work to ensure development and other deliverables are worked upon during offshore hours. Assist with creating tools and accelerators Years of Experience: 10+ years of general consulting implementation experience 8+ years of Manhattan Associates solution design, configuration, implementation experience in LM, SCI.
