Must be able to trace network / connectivity issues that impacts application. Have performed server-side Automation shell scripting, ansible or similar tools. Have experience working on ITSM tools BMC Remedy Helix, Jira Experienced in setting up and administering middleware tools IBM MQ, Kafka and Tibco FTL Security and Quality Orientation, SSL certificate management. Google Cloud will be a plus.
