Candidates should possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including APP engine (studio), Service portal, Flow Designer/Workflow, and customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog. Custom application development on the ServiceNow platform including Custom UI Pages and content in the CMS. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification Certified Implementation Specialist certification in one of the OOTB ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, etc.) Excellent communication skills What we would like to have: Integration experience (SOAP, REST, and JSON as well as JDBC and file imports) Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the management of users, groups, and roles, CMS Development, ACLs, business rules, workflows, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary, and catalog items Orchestration and Discovery experience a plus ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus Experience with working or developing with JavaScript - HTML5, Jelly, jQuery and AngularJS a plus Experience with rebuilding legacy applications in ServiceNow a plus. 10+ yrs Technical governance: Defines, guides, and supports the execution of your technical governance processes Helps develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform Supports design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve your desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption Provides technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices Environment and platform health: Guides ServiceNow Platform design, including considerations for integration and performance Assesses architecture and solution designs to support your objectives including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices Offers guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment Provides technical guidance in platform development and platform- wide solutions Advises on configuration and coding standards Supports remediation of configurations not aligned to ServiceNow best practices Assesses instance health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security) by conducting ServiceNow Health Scan Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required. http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=62362&uid= |
