Product Configuration: Help clients configure and customize Proofpoint solutions to align with their security requirements and business needs. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, including email delivery problems, false positives, false negatives, and other system-related challenges. Optimization: Collaborate with clients to optimize the performance and effectiveness of Proofpoint solutions, ensuring they provide the desired security outcomes.
