JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE: Program Manager LOCATION: FULLY REMOTE BUT(CANDIDATE SHOULD BE IN EST ZONE ONLY) WORK VISA: NO H1B,CPT,H4-EAD Client- UPS Responsibilities: Define projects including Objectives, Scope, Schedule, Requirements, Assumptions, Constrains and Risks Develop project plans considering major project aspects like Stakeholders, Schedule, Resources, Risk management, Procurement & Communication Initiate Projects by planning and organizing Project kick-off/RPS, collaborating with stakeholders, building action plans, gathering necessary resources Execute project plan like entrepreneur and fine tune while executing by taking extreme ownership, close collaboration with stakeholders and project team, escalating and asking for help wherever necessary. Under minimal supervision, monitor and control project by managing risks, tracking schedule and deliverables Qualifications: Requires Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science/IT Engineering. Technical background: degree in a computer systems/science or experience in an application development of support role prior to entering project management 5+ years of experience of project management experience PMP or SAFe Certification is a plus Comfortable in ambiguous environment with assertive nature to drive delivery objectives Analytic competency and good problem solving skills Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics /Warehouse Management system like Softeon/Manhattan is a plus Demonstrated leader with strong technical competency delivering throughout the SDLC Experience with Agile development methodology and working in a hybrid (waterfall/agile) environment is a plus Location: Preferable - Alpharetta GA USA or Open for Remote (EST Time zone) Mandatory Skills: Program Management Stakeholder Management WMS Platform Expertise (Any Warehouse management system like Manhattan Associates, ORACLE WM, SAP WM).
