Responsible & accountable for triaging and escalating production issue causing outages. Adhere to processes, company policies, required to deliver high quality services to clients & partners. Integrate new applications to dashboards as needed. Maintain, Optimize and Revamp dashboards and alerts to avoid oversight critical errors.
