Position : Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Consultant Location : Remote Duration : 6+ MONTHS Visa : USA Interview mode: Interview : Phone/skype, - Job Description Linkedin is must Responsibilities Develop the strategy and calendar for a portfolio of exercises across the enterprise. Create executive-level presentations to review scenarios and objectives with executive stakeholders. Plan, design, develop, and conduct exercises; manage observations from exercises to closure. Consult on operational resilience, business continuity, and/or recovery and resolution topics to lines of business. Provide subject matter consulting support in audit and regulatory matters, as needed. Requirements Strong risk management skills and history of working in a highly regulated environment. Degree in Emergency Response/Crisis Management/Business Continuity; Business Continuity Certification (BCI or DRII certification), or equivalent experience. Firm understanding of rules and regulations that govern business continuity as well as global recovery and resolution. Strong Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Management and/or Crisis Management experience in the banking/financial services sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Project. Strong meeting facilitation skills; comfortable leading discussions consisting of multiple organizational levels. Strong relationship management skills; ability to establish and grow strong relationships. Experience developing and presenting executive-level presentations. Experienced in Senior Leader Interaction / iterative dialog. Highly organized, ability to simultaneously prioritize tasks and handle numerous time-sensitive issues. Results-oriented, independently driven, self-motivator. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. Identifies linkages and thinks "enterprise" across business lines and geographies.
