SKILLS & EXPERINCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree with recent 5 years of experience as business analyst in Healthcare Insurance industry. MUST have STRONG Healthcare Payor Claims experience Experience defining customer requirements and participate in the creation of user stories. Experience with project delivery (e.g., SDLC, Agile scrum and XP methodologies, etc.). Experience with service request and defect management tools (CASD, ALM, JIRA) Experience with Project Management Methodologies. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word, Visio and Power Point. Ability to multitask with strong time management skills. Proven background in delivering quality documents, often with demanding deadlines. High level of attention to detail, high degree of quality and precision. Ability to be highly process oriented with excellent listening skills to follow directions across multiple work streams. Multi-tasking self-starter who can follow instructions and has the drive and organizational skills to manage across timelines and deliverables.
