From: mohit, Spar [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello; Release Train Engineer with Healthcare experience Job Location:- Richmond, VA Onsite from Day 1 Hybrid Model (2 day in a week Tuesday and Thursday) Long Term The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is the member of the Agile Release Train (ART) team responsible for navigation of ART team activities. This role will facilitate program level processes and execution, escalate impediments, manage risk and help drive program level continuous improvement. The RTE will facilitate ART events and work with Product Managers, Product Owners, POD Teams and leadership to ensure alignment on vision and objectives. Note:- need Real time Experienced Candidates , Healthcare Experience is not mandatory Please find the Mandatory Skillsets required for RTE 1. Stakeholder expectation setting/negotiation 2. PI Planning and execution experience PI kick-off, Program Board walkthrough, score business objectives, Draft Plan Reviews, Management Reviews etc 3. Pre-PI pre-requisites Program BL prep and refinement, work stream alignment, 4. Post PI activities Program Board alignment, kick-off PIs on Program Management tool, SAFe cadence wrt S2s and Scrum Syncs etc 5. External Dependency resolution/Risk mitigation Job Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and facilitating PI Planning readiness via fostering the preparation of the vision and risk management of backlogs. Ensure that Product Management, Products Owners, and other value stream stakeholders are informed of ART activities to ensure strategic execution alignment. Attend systems and solutions demos to ensure program increment while driving continuous improvement. Aggregate and publish team objectives to ensure execution of ART plan. Manage and optimize the flow of activities through sprint and program increments using various ART and Agile tools. Continue to improve knowledge of ART activities at Anthem as well as in industry. Minimum Qualifications: Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years experience in implementing Agile methodologies and or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. SAFe certification, RTE or SPC and Scrum Master Certification The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in information technology management, has proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve and a track-record of successfully leading PI planning, aligning teams, and facilitating transparency across teams and stakeholders The candidate must be SAFe certified, experienced with programs in transformation The RTE position requires a solid comprehension of Lean Agile frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile metrics Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of Agile and product development methodologies 6-8 years of leading at scale agile initiatives as a RTE Must have experience in organizing, directing and managing activities related to building and maintaining software releases for their promotion to the production environment Must possess a strong technical background in information technology management and strong knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies. Healthcare experience preferred.
