| From: vivek kumar, vyzeinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: DevOps Engineer - on-premise Service Mesh & API Gateway Location: Downtown Houston (Onsite) Duration: 6+ Months MOI: Skype Note: Per the client Applicants without on-premise Service Mesh & API Gateway experience for Kubernetes WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED (Must be clearly denoted on resume) Requirement We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with deep technical know-how and hands-on experience building and supporting CI/CD/CT pipelines to enable application deployments , automate provisioning , and improve the scalability and reliability of our client's applications. Responsibilities: Implement and support On-Premise Service Mesh and API Gateway. Experience with on-prem Service Mesh & API Gateway for Kubernetes is a requirement, preferably a product called Istio. Create and maintain CI/CD Pipelines. Develop and maintain application environment automation scripts. Design and implement frameworks and tools that will streamline software development and deployment. Design and implement source code management practices including branching and code quality strategies. Must Have: 3+ years of experience working with " on-premise" Service Mesh/ API Gateways, such as with Istio 5+ years of experience in creating and managing Kubernetes deployments 5+ years of experience in testing, packaging, and deploying applications written in languages like Java, Python, Asp.Net 5+ years of experience with CI/ CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, orGitLab 2+ years of experience working with package management tools such as pip, conda, maven, npm, or helm Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment Connecticut |
