Position Title: Senior Program Manager (Need Manufacturing Domain) Experience: 15+ years Location: Plano, TX (Day 1 onsite) Note: Need Manufacturing Domain Program Manager for Agile Digital Transformation, responsible for orchestrating and overseeing complex digital transformation initiatives. Lead a team of seasoned architects, each specializing in their respective technical expertise areas, to ensure the successful delivery of the program. Leadership will be crucial in driving Agile practices and fostering collaboration across diverse technical domains. Responsibilities: Program Strategy: Develop a clear and agile program strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives and digital transformation goals. Team Leadership: Lead a team of seasoned architects, each specializing in their respective technical domains, and foster a collaborative and high-performing culture. Agile Methodologies: Implement Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to enable iterative and adaptive program management, ensuring quick responses to changes and priorities. Stakeholder Management: Manage and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including executives, business units, and technical teams, to ensure alignment and support for the program's goals. Budget and Resource Management: Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and procurement of necessary tools and technologies. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery, making data-driven decisions to keep projects on track. Quality Assurance: Ensure that program deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations, with a focus on continuous improvement. Change Management: Implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization. Documentation and Reporting: Provide regular program status reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders and senior management. Technical Oversight: Collaborate with architects to ensure that technical solutions align with the program's goals and overall enterprise architecture. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, incorporating feedback and lessons learned into program processes. Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in project management, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (minimum 10 years) as a Program Manager leading Agile digital transformation programs. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices, with relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) being a plus. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience in change management and risk mitigation strategies. Budget management and resource allocation skills. Familiarity with various technical domains and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects in diverse areas. Position Title: Technical Lead Engineer (Java/Nodejs/AWS) (Need 12-15 Years) Location: Plano TX (Need Day1 Onsite) Apply systems engineering principles to develop code spanning the development lifecycle including NodeJS, Typescript, AWS Serverless components (Lambda, SQS, SNS, Kinesis Stream, API Gateway, CloudWatch), DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Kibana. Develop and deploy code in continuous development pipelines leveraging off-the-shelf and open-source components like GitHub, Jenkins, serverless Yaml. Proficient in Java and/or GoLang Good at the Unit test case frameworks Jest or Jasmin. Candidate should understand business functionalities and should be an independent contributor and capable of leading a group of developers. Should be able to collaborate with enterprise architecture group to come up with a common design and architecture. Perform software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, release analysis and deployment. Candidate also should understand the business requirements, then help and guide the Junior team members on Technical and functional expectations (As an added advantage). Work as part of an agile scrum team to deliver business value. Participate in design sessions to understand customers' functional needs. Work with development team to build quick prototypes leveraging existing or new architecture.
