Experience in customizing customer business rules and can be tailored to the clients and networks' needs. should possess knowledge in the PEGA workflow framework and the Smart Dispute applications which runs under the PEGA umbrella. Working experience in Agile Methodology Working knowledge of interactions with the SAE, Implementation, Web Admin, Mastercard (MCOM), Visa (VROL), BizOps, and the PEGA vendor teams. Responsibilities - This team/application supports dispute processing for our issuing and acquiring clients (chargebacks, re-presentments, arbitration, and cardholder credits). This is done via the PEGA workflow and Smart Dispute vendor applications. This team partners heavily with the Customer Support and BizOps teams which provide Level 1 and 2 support respectively and the DCM team provides the level 3 development support.
