- Provide development and support engineering in the disputes/exception

processing application to the GPS-NAM platform.

Experience in customizing customer business rules and can be tailored to the

clients and networks' needs.

should possess knowledge in the PEGA workflow framework and the Smart Dispute

applications which runs under the PEGA umbrella.

Working experience in Agile Methodology

Working knowledge of interactions with the SAE, Implementation, Web Admin,

Mastercard (MCOM), Visa (VROL), BizOps, and the PEGA vendor teams.

Responsibilities

- This team/application supports dispute processing for our issuing and

acquiring clients (chargebacks, re-presentments, arbitration, and cardholder

credits). This is done via the PEGA workflow and Smart Dispute vendor

applications.

This team partners heavily with the Customer Support and BizOps teams which

provide Level 1 and 2 support respectively and the DCM team provides the level

3 development support. Any customer inquiries regarding this application

follows this escalation path
