The first meeting with the customer is a sales meeting to introduce the team and make them comfortable with our work. Replacing Cisco hot spots with 161 Aruba domestically and globally. See the attached list for # of units at each location. They are looking for FULL BLOWN project management and installation by a VERY PROFESSIONAL, Aruba wireless experienced team. NEED TO KNOW the Aruba Central platform WELL!!! They cannot have someone learning Aruba Central on the fly. This will be immediately exposed on the initial call and will terminate the opp before we even get a chance to start. Need to acquire and coordinate the smart hands tech for each location. Work with clients for all bldg. access, and ensure all COIs are taken care of. Coordinate all shipping of devices from VAR so they arrive before the tech. Work with and coordinate appointments with bldg. physical security so techs are not stuck in the lobby or even turned away b/c there was not enough notice, no ID, wrong hours etc. etc. Unplug Cisco wireless and plug-in Aruba at each wireless access point. Install, configure, and test, confirm all validations from each WAP for ALL sites upon completion.
