Business Analyst 8-10 years of experience Must have experience in a commercial bank o Loans / Collateral Jira Experience with Reconciliations This position will be responsible for integrating systems between Banks Signature Core knowledge with mandatory experience in the Loan function Experience in Customer Information File (CIF), Time Accounts, Transaction Accounts are preferred Able to engage with representatives of our client banks, working with them to drive toward a refined definition of their business objectives, leading to the project request. Ability to review and understand business process around all of the client bank's modifications Willing to act as the client's primary point of contact for anything related to Signature. Able to author definitions and requirements of the solutions to be delivered; the scope, inputs processes and outputs; and communicate them to our bank clients and business partners. Able to conduct preliminary evaluation and estimation for new project requests. Review peer requirements, specifications, test, support, and training plans to ensure they are aligned with the business objectives per the client request. Able to assist or lead in root cause analysis of issues, in order to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for the business units. Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective manner. May provide financial or operational business-related analysis and research to support business goals.
