Ability to review and understand business process around all of the client bank's modifications Willing to act as the client's primary point of contact for anything related to Signature. Able to author definitions and requirements of the solutions to be delivered; the scope, inputs processes and outputs; and communicate them to our bank clients and business partners. Able to conduct preliminary evaluation and estimation for new project requests. Review peer requirements, specifications, test, support, and training plans to ensure they are aligned with the business objectives per the client request. Able to assist or lead in root cause analysis of issues, in order to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for the business units. Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective manner. May provide financial or operational business-related analysis and research to support business goals.
