Role: Performance Tester/Engineer Location: San Francisco, CA ( Hybrid ) Duration: Long Term Contract What are the top 3 skills required for this role Performance Testing & Engineering skill set (with hands ON in Load runner & APM tools) Cloud services such as AWS, Google, etc Client-side analysis on the FE/Browser analysis with exposure to synthetic tools. Must Have: Experience with performance testing & engineering skillset using LoadRunner. Experience in APM tools such as New relic, Wily, etc. and other monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, App dynamics Good exposure to client-side analysis on the FE/Browser metrics. Any use of synthetic monitoring tools. Exposure to cloud services such as , AWS, GCP, Azure, etc. Able to asses Non-Functional Requirements and create performance test strategy and design workload. Able to work closely with software development team, gathering requirements and feedback. Able to write or leverage scripts that have been written in PT tool (LoadRunner, JMeter, etc.) Conduct daily/weekly meetings and provide/present status report Positive attitude and willingness to be flexible and learn new technologies. Problem solving mindset to remove roadblocks and technical challenges. Excellent working experience on API testing (Rest Api) Excellent communication skills and Ability to articulate the work in status report and strong team leading experience.
