| Must have experience in Healthcare and Clinical Only USC Job Description Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst Client: Highmark Location: 100% Remote (Must be willing to work EST) Duration: 8 month contract to perm- Target Start 10/9/23 Visa: USC Only Glider Required Responsibilities: This person would be performing configurations for ranked tickets by department and perform configurations in a QA environment This person will obtain business requirements, analyze the requirements, determine the complexity for configurations, and conduct meetings with the customers to rank tickets for configurations This person will manage the total lifecycle of configurations until it is in production and implemented This person may be required to test configurations and assist the QA department in the testing of configurations This person will be expected to write desktop level procedures This person will attend scheduled meetings with the configurations team and must be able to participate in the meetings This person must be able to change priorities as needed Will perform hands on keyboards configurations within clinical platforms They will be hands on keyboards analysts / configurations analysts Looking for candidates with clinical experience, NOT claims MUST have strong hands on keyboards configuration experience MUST have experience with GuidingCare or an equivalent application (i.e., HealthEdge) MUST have healthcare experience MUST have clinical experience Care manager experience highly preferred Utilization experience preferred Experience mentoring others preferred NOT interested in PMs or QAs NOT interested in candidates with claims experience Thanks & Regards Srijan Roy.
