(Customer facing, Program/delivery management) Proven experience in cost and timelines planning monitoring Track and report progress in cost. Quality and timelines Mandatory PMP Certification 1. This is a program manager role for setting up a Distribution center that covers, a. Real estate setup and management b. Building infrastructure c. Establishing the supply chain and logistics for the DC d. DC Machines and equipment (Material Handling Equipment - MHEs) e. IT infra setup - Network, routers, internet, servers, POSs, PC, scanners, Telephones etc f. Automation of DC operations g. etc 2. We are okay to consider an IT Program manager as an alternative option, provided the candidate has experience in setting up of a DC from IT side, like Network, routers, servers, POS, scanners, Handheld devices, DC automation as part of setting up a DC. 3. This is not a typical IT Project/program manager role. He has few PMs in EMPO with IT program management experience, whom he can leverage, that is not what he is looking for. Basically, someone who has a Program management experience of setting up a DC and making sure it is up and running.
