This person would ideally have expertise in Azure, PowerBI, and Python! Retail experience would be the cherry on top for the perfect candidate. the title is Solutions Architect, this person will be hands-on and highly technical within designing enterprise architecture for data and analytics. The top skills are: Azure experience (Data Factory, Log Analytics, Databricks, Synapse, ADLS Gen2, Polybase and Machine Learning/AI) Power BI experience Strong Python skills What you should bring to the table: Experience building and designing data and analytics on enterprise solutions within Azure. In-depth understanding of computer, storage, network components including backup, monitoring and DR environment requirements. Previous experience in Power BI, Data Modeling, Data Classification and zones, data movement, Data architecture and reporting Knowledge and experience on Python and API architecture in Azure What you will be doing: Provides subject matter expertise and technical consulting support on either vendor or internal applications and interfaces. Interfaces with the Product Owner and IT partners at the Program level to define and estimate features for agile teams. Works within the SAFe Agile framework and employs ITIL best practices. Conducts industry research, facilitates new product and vendor evaluations, and assists in vendor selection. Assists in production support and maintenance of applications as needed. Evaluates architectural options and defines overall architecture of the system, ensuring commonality across systems. This role is a long term contract and is open for C2C, but will not offer sponsorship! YOU MUST LIVE IN OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN PRIOR TO STARTING THIS ROLE.
