This is achieved by leading the monitoring of the network and ensuring network incidents are resolved within the SLA. Working with project teams to implement project tasks and communicating the Network status management. Must have: Broad/deep Networking experience F5 expertise Be onsite M-W Experience in F5 support and design Experience with Palo Alto Firewall configuration Understanding of technical infrastructure to include system management, monitoring, and operations Experience with IP telephony Experience with Cisco Nexus devices Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to lift, carry, and position up to 40 pounds Possession of a valid state issued drivers license and able to commute between job sites across Twin Cities, MN Desired: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar Cisco Certification (CCNA, CCNP, CCAr, CCDA, Etc) Duties: Assist in configuring and troubleshooting F5 appliances Participate in projects that are delivered via third party partners Follow established change management policies and process Install and configure network services Update and provide network system documentation to vendors and developers Conduct technical research on system network upgrades to assess compatibility, cost, and time required to implement.
