Job Description: Should have strong 5+ years experience in P&C Insurance and Guidewire Applications Policy Center / Billing Center / Claim Center Should have strong 5-7 years of experience as Scrum Master in P&C Insurance domain Have experience in managing projects scope and timeline. Must coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. Must facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration. Help teams implement changes effectively. Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint. Guide development teams to a higher level of Scrum maturity. Coach team members in Agile frameworks. Ability to resolve conflicts Maintain a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it. Must co-ordinates and lead the scrum ceremonies Be the point of contact for external communication for customers and stakeholders. Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
