Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve issues within automated processes to ensure continuous functionality. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Desktop Power Automate workflows, configurations, and processes. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and team members on using Desktop Power Automate solutions effectively. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Desktop Power Automate and recommend improvements to existing automation processes. Qualifications: Proven experience (2-3 projects) with Desktop Power Automate, showcasing your ability to design and implement automation solutions. Strong understanding of automation best practices and methodologies. Proficiency in process analysis and the ability to identify automation opportunities. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Self-motivated with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest automation technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Power Platform certification(s).
