Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy. Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers. Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate Qualifications Project management experience Strong communication skills Ability to build strong relationships Ability to navigate ambiguity Intermediate to Expert level of Microsoft Tools (Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, Word) Experience with Agile Methodology Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence) Experience with Mural, Visio Experience with Data Catalog metadata solutions- e.g. Collibra Experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus Collibra metadata catalog experience preferred. Minimum of five years related work experience. Financial Services and technical experience preferred. Undergraduate degree in related field (Computer Science, Engineering, User Experience, Business Process, Program Management, or similar field) required. Project/Program management associated with Technology Integration, LOB process and vendor management.
