Required Skills Extensive knowledge of information systems design principles and new systems design techniques. Extensive knowledge of policies, standards, procedures, and techniques used for data application development. Ability to perform problem solving and analytical analysis on complex issues. A very strong understanding of system development using a lean agile approach. Extensive knowledge of both system and business applications and competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of data applications systems analysis and developing activities. Willingness to train/educate other Data Analysts, Business Analysts and other data team members in effective data designs/approaches. Willingness to train/educate junior Data Analysts in effective data transfer and development. Experience in using a wide range of ETL tool Talend and Data Factory. Some experience in using the Tableau Studio tools is desired. Extensive knowledge of the most recent advancement in data transfer, cleansing and promotion. Ability to read and understand complicated technical instructions. Ability to manage multiple application development assignments and priorities. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. This individual will be expected to partner with both agency and contracted personnel and related stakeholders working towards completion of assigned functions. Exceptional customer service is provided to agency partners and/or the general public.
