Quality and timelines Mandatory PMP Certification This is a program manager role for setting up a Distribution center that covers, Real estate setup and management Building infrastructure Establishing the supply chain and logistics for the DC DC Machines and equipment (Material Handling Equipment - MHEs) IT infra setup - Network, routers, internet, servers, POSs, PC, scanners, Telephones etc Automation of DC operations etc We are okay to consider an IT Program manager as an alternative option, provided the candidate has experience in setting up of a DC from IT side, like Network, routers, servers, POS, scanners, Handheld devices, DC automation as part of setting up a DC. This is not a typical IT Project/program manager role. He has few PMs in EMPO with IT program management experience, whom he can leverage, that is not what he is looking for.
